Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Guidelines:

Before initiating a return, please review this policy in its entirety and follow the steps outlined on the RETURNS page.

If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We want to make sure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase, and we're here to help you every step of the way.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their beach cover-ups, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Please note that the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged, stained, or altered in any way.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, without defects, stains, pet hair, odors (such as cigarette smoke or perfume), or any signs of wear or use, and include all original tags.

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimwear, intimates, undergarments, bras, bandeau tops, and hair accessories (including hats and beanies). No exceptions will be made for these items.

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return once we receive it.

All returns will be issued as store credit equal to the full purchase amount

Items not in their original condition, worn, stained, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected. You will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.

Defective or Damaged Items:

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Report any defects or issues within 3 days of delivery. CONTACT US

Defects and issues must be reported via email or text within the 3-day window and must include your order number and images of the issue.

Items found to be defective after 3 days will be subject to a restocking fee for return.

Exceptions will not be made if you have had the merchandise for an extended period, removed tags, washed, or worn it.

To complete your return, provide a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order number (e.g., #1001) and the name under which you placed your order.

DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer or "Return to Sender"; we will not receive these items, and you will not be refunded. Please see the return shipping address at the bottom of the page.

Items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. If your order was received close to or after the 30-day mark, the return window will be extended to 10 days after delivery.
